DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a puppy until it has been successfully weaned from its mother, typically at 10-12 weeks of age. Deposits can be placed on any of our current or forthcoming litters. Priority for puppy selection will be determined by the order in which deposits are received. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be notified of your placement on the waiting list for the chosen litter.

Deposit holders will have a two-hour window to select their puppy from the litter once notified by the breeder. In the event that the first pick holder does not make a selection within the designated time frame, subsequent deposit holders will be given the opportunity to choose until all deposits have been allocated.

Selection of puppies must be made based on photographs provided on our website or via email, as in-person visits to our kennel are not permitted due to health considerations for the puppies and the presence of multiple litters. All deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to the next available litter of choice within one year in the event that the chosen puppy is unavailable, the planned pregnancy does not occur, or if an unfortunate circumstance arises resulting in the loss of the selected puppy.

Depositors have 48 hours to indicate their preference for transfer to another litter, after which the offer will be void and the deposit forfeited. Failure to fulfill the commitment towards the original litter will result in one additional opportunity to select from a subsequent litter within one year, beyond which the deposit will be forfeited.

By typing your name or “yes,” you acknowledge and accept these terms as a legally binding agreement. Any requests to transfer deposits to another litter after selection of a puppy will incur a $250 deduction to cover the costs of re-advertising and paperwork changes. Payment of the additional $250 must be made within 48 hours of notification to be eligible for placement on another upcoming litter.

Additionally, we offer delivery services beyond city limits, with associated costs amounting to $1000.

FINANCING

House Tremble Frenchies Inc. (HTF, Inc.) recognizes that customer satisfaction hinges on the acquisition of a quality, healthy puppy offered at a reasonable price. Pricing may vary depending on the desired color of the puppy. HTF, Inc. offers both limited and full AKC registration with breeding rights to suitable families. It is imperative to note that while a puppy may appear to be available at a reduced cost compared to market value, opting for such offerings may result in unforeseen expenses in the realm of veterinary care. Thus, it is crucial to consider the long-term implications of purchasing from breeders offering discounted rates.

RETURNS

We endeavor to ensure that our puppies are placed in homes where they will receive the same level of care and attention that we would provide. We kindly request that prospective owners familiarize themselves with the responsibilities associated with owning and caring for a French Bulldog puppy before making a commitment.

Please note that unless there is a documented health concern with the puppy, payments made for the purchase of the puppy will not be refunded in the event of a return. Instead, the money deposited for the puppy will be used to make sure the pet being returned is cared for.

EXTENDED STAY

All puppies are placed in their permanent homes at the age of 10 to 12 weeks. Should circumstances necessitate additional time beyond this period, arrangements can be made, with a maximum extension of two weeks. House Tremble Frenchies, Inc. reserves the right to postpone the scheduled pickup day if deemed necessary for the well-being of the puppy.

On Puppy Pick-Up Day, failure to appear without prior communication will result in forfeiture of the selected puppy and any associated deposit. In the event of a last-minute cancellation with notification on the scheduled day, a rescheduling fee of $100 per day will apply, payable in full upon confirmation of the new pickup date.
