Once we receive you puppy application and your deposit you will receive and email identifying your placement on that litter within two business days.
You will need to submit both the completed puppy application and deposit document (with payment) for us to save your spot and to reserve a puppy. Please do not fill out the puppy application without submitting your deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable FOR ANY REASON and that you are committing to a puppy by typing I. you name or yes acts as your legal signature and that you are stating that you understand this agreement.
Does anyone in your home have dog dog-related allergies?
Does everyone in the family agree on getting a dog?
Do you have any children?
Do you have other pets living in your home?
Will this be the first time you would have owned and/or raised a dog?
Do you realize the expenses of owning a dog and know of the special requirements of owning a French Bulldog, i.e., vet expenses, food, living quarters, where will the pup be kept if no one is at home during the day/night, etc.?
Understand that you are reserving a spot on one of our upcoming litters. When you see ‘Expected (Month)’, the month is based on a projection of when we expect puppies to be born. That rough date may vary as nature takes her course?
Do you understand that if the puppy of your choice is not available, if the planned pregnancy does not occur, or if an unfortunate circumstance happens and your puppy passes your deposit may be transferred to the next available litter of your choice within a year. You would have 48-hours to tell us which litter you would like to move your deposit to or the offer is null and void and you will forfeit your deposit. Should you be unable to fulfill your commitment towards the litter that you placed your deposit you will be offered one additional litter within a year in which to make your choice, after which your deposit will be forfeited. By typing in your name or yes acts as your legal signature and that you are stating that you understand this agreement.
Please identify which upcoming litter you are placing your deposit on. If the puppy that you want is already born and available, please identify the puppy by its name?
Do you understand that if you have to move your deposit to another litter ANY TIME AFTER you have selected a puppy you can do so but $250 will be deducted from your deposit to cover the cost of readvertising the puppy and puppy registration paperwork changes. You will be responsible for the additional $250 which will need to be paid 48-hours after you notify us BEFORE you will be placed on another upcoming litter.

Do you understand that your remaining balance for you puppy is paid in CASH ONLY on your puppy pickup day?
Do you understand that if you have to hold off getting a puppy or hold off from being put on an upcoming litter for any reason you will be responsible for any price increase if the seller raises the puppy prices?
Do you understand that all of our French Bulldogs are registered with the American Kennel Corporation (AKC) and are sold on a Spay/Neuter agreement that requires the procedure be done when the puppy reaches 7-months of age.
Do you understand that House Tremble Frenchies, Inc. has the right to push back the pickup day if the puppy requires a little longer than the original scheduled puppy pick up date. ALL puppies go to their new homes at 10 – 12 weeks of age. If you need more time to pick up your puppy than the allotted time, we give we will work with you but there might be an additional cost.
Puppy Pick Up Day: If you are a no show on your scheduled puppy pick up day and we have not received any contact from you on your puppy pick up day to let us know why you could not make it to your scheduled appointment the puppy that you picked will no longer be yours and you will forfeit your deposit. If you cannot make your appointment for your puppy pick up day at the last minute but you contact us on your puppy pick up day to let us know, we will reschedule with you but you will need to pay the boarding fee. We charge $100 a day. The boarding fee will need to be paid in full once we reschedule the pickup day.

Do you understand and agree if for any reason we the breeder and the original purchaser of this puppy should end up in a court of law then the original purchaser hereby agrees to bare any and all court costs and attorney’s fees for both the breeder and original purchaser. Furthermore, it is agreed that any court proceedings shall be held in the breeder’s state and county. By typing in your full name acts as my legal signature and that you are stating that you understand this agreement.
